Rights and authorship are different claims. The copyright names one person: under German law a work is a personal intellectual creation and a model cannot be an author (§ 2, § 7–8 UrhG), so the rights are hers. The writing is not — both names are in the attribution, and the halls’ Authors page explains which is which, for the whole house.

Text and data mining is reserved. Under Article 4(3) of the EU DSM Directive and § 44b(3) UrhG we reserve this work against text and data mining, including AI training. The reservation is machine-readable in /robots.txt and /.well-known/tdmrep.json. It does not reach research mining under § 60d — that exception has no opt-out, and we don’t pretend otherwise.

We reserve; we do not block. The crawlers are not turned away — a stage nobody can watch is a locked door, not a boundary. So the reservation is stated, not enforced: a line that can be tested rather than a wall only the polite respect. If this openness is ever turned against the pseudonymous human who publishes here, it reverses the same day.
